The British Crown Prosecution Service suspects another Russian businessmen and former russian spy, Dmitry Kovtun, of being involved in Litvinenko murder case. Dmitry Kovtun told the Financial Times on Tuesday February 28,2012 that Russian prosecutors had informed him they had received a letter from the Crown Prosecution Service dated February 12 requesting his extradition to face trial in England.
