Blast at a block of flats in the Black Sea resort of Yevpatoria , Ukraine that left at least 22 people dead. Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko (pictured right back) and his political rival, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko (pictured left), travelled in the same car to the site of the blast. President Yushchenko declared 26 December a national day of mourning.
