Dmitry Medvedev and Vladimir Putin, being like-minded people, will have come to terms on the nomination for the 2012 presidential election, prominent journalist Vladimir Solovyov said. Medvedev and Putin found themselves in situations of similar complexity, when they had to decide, Solovyov said. `Medvedev has become more mature and tough, of course, as president. Life devises similar challenges for Medvedev and he is coping the way Putin did. It was the military operation in the Caucasus then, and South Ossetia and Georgia now,` he said.
