Kyiv,Ukraine. Topless activist of Ukrainian women`s movement FEMEN held a grotesque action to deliver her congratulations to Ukrainian Prime-minister Nikolai Azarov whose birthday is marked on December 17th. The topless activist with giftd wearing a ghost dress symbolizing real life of ukrainians tried to break the police cordon near the Ukrainian Goverment head office in central Kyiv.
