Demonstration in support of NGO (NON GOVERMENT ORGANIZATIONS)human rights organizations took place on Lubianka Square (near the KGB - FSB head office) in Moscow.People protested against russian goverment`s plan s to take NGOs under control.Russian authorities called up for OMON (SPECIAL POLICE FORCES) to stop the protest.
